Little Bay is a group of quirky Modern European Restaurants in London and Brighton serving up the best quality food with the best possible service and the quirkest decor!. But we always strive to offer our full dining experience with the best value for money prices. Plus, all of our restaurants are open late until 12AM on most nights to allow customers to enjoy their Little Bay adventure.
Our restaurant just off the Kilburn High Road, sandwiched between the vibrant areas of West Hampstead and Maida Vale, was the first to open in 1992. The restaurant, located near Finchley Road, was instantly popular with the local community in Camden in West London.
In fact. it was so popular that we just had to open another restaurant in South Croydon in 1998. Having heard of the success of our West Hampstead restaurant, people flocked to our new Croydon restaurant from nearby Sutton, Carshalton, Purley and Coulsdon. Soon, we had built up a firm customer base.
Our first Central London restaurant in the City of London was opened on Farringdon Road in Clerkenwell in 2002. With close proximity to the offices of nearby Grays Inn Road and King’s Cross, our restaurant proved ideal for long lunch breaks and office parties.
The next of our Little Bay Restaurants in London opened in Battersea, near Clapham Junction, a year later in 2003. As with all our other popular London restaurants, our patrons grew to love our Battersea restaurant. It was very sad when the restaurant suffered fire damage in 2010 and has since remained closed.
As the restaurants’ popularity grew throughout the Noughties, we started receiving requests from customers to open up restaurants outside London. So, in 2011, we opened our latest restaurant in Brighton, East Sussex. Day trippers to Brighton, Hove, Worthing and Shoreham visit our restaurant for the exquisite decor and food, but stay for the daily Live Entertainment.
Our ethos has never changed from Day One: our customers deserve the best value for money. So, as you take a look around our website, do have a look at the Restaurant Menu pages to see what we have on offer at the moment. You can check out our Photo Galleries for images of the restaurants. Finally, you can use our online Email Reservation forms to make your booking today!

Our great value menus are ideal for groups, and our large seating area means we can cater for upwards of 100 people (some even up to 180 people!)
The majority of our restaurants offer complimentary Live Entertainment, ranging from our famous ‘Live Opera’ to Folk, Jazz and Cabaret – check out the restaurant’s website to see which entertainment they provide.
Providing the group meets a minimum expenditure/budget criteria, there are no additional hiring fees to be paid – only a small deposit upfront to secure the booking which will be deducted from the final bill on the day.
The Little Bay Blog
Little Bay has been in orbit in 1992, but Little Bay has just entered the Blogosphere!
This is where we will be serving up tantalising features about our restaurants, including behind-the-scenes features and interesting trivia.
This is also our forum for contributing to and integrating with our local communities, so we look forward to comments from our neighbours and patrons.
We would also like to feature some of our trusted suppliers, both local and further afield. For example, our restaurant has recently started buying some very handy freezer labels from Cloud Labels for labelling some of our plastic boxes and bags of ingredients in our freezers. It can be a difficult trying to keep track of the contents of our frozen food items, so these labels are a godsend.
More news and a new website coming soon, so watch this space.
For over 20 years. we have been working hard to fulfill our ethos: Great Food, Great Service, Great Value. We thank ALL of our patrons – past, present and future – for their support.
